It varies depending on your specific project and the equipment you need to use. However, our customer service is second to none in the industry. We will answer your requests for block time quickly in order to get you in as soon as possible.
3. What services do you offer?
We offer plastic injection molding services including short-run production and mold testing. We can accommodate steel and aluminum molds as well.
4. How many employees do you have there to assist us?
Plastic Molding Development Company has approximately 25 employees, including process technicians and die setters.
5. Which industries do you serve?
About 90 percent of our work is with the automotive industry. However, we can provide plastic mold testing support and short-run production for a wide array of other businesses, including those in the household goods, recreation, and sports industries.
6. How often is your equipment tested?
We take a proactive approach to maintenance of our grounds and machinery. The cranes’ chains, load hooks, and electrical and mechanical components are inspected by Mt. Clemens Crane. We also place a priority on keeping our lounge, shop floor, and equipment clean and safe every day.
7. What are your hours and location?
Plastic Molding Development is located at 42400 Yearego Drive in Sterling Heights within Macomb County, Michigan. Although we are based in southeast Michigan, our plastic mold injection and testing facility serves top-tier automotive clients around the world.
We are open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
